Construction to Substantial Completion
This phase is very customer focused. During this time, we:

Completion to Occupancy is not the end.
Completion is only the beginning for our customers. In this phase we:

Provide occupancy for owners and complete finish work without disrupting day-to-day operations

Schedule orientation and training necessary for the new space

Detail a post-occupancy plan to contact us if there are questions or something isn’t performing as installed.
ABOUT US
Our Approach to Safety
Specific measures are constantly implemented to maintain a safe working environment for our customers and employees who will be near the construction project. Part of our pre-construction discussions will provide an in-depth review of site organization plans with customers and building committee members. Site access, staging, and site control are critical to ensuring day-to-day activities are not interrupted but also to ensure efficiency and safety in the building process.

Before the start of a project, and then each day after, the entire project team, including subcontractors, performs a pre-construction meeting where safety requirements are communicated. At this time, we also review potential hazards involved with the contracted work. Throughout the project, the on-site safety director continues monitoring safety at the site. By doing this, we reduce risk and perform the job in a safe and effective environment.
